The Clever cup is a combination of a Pour-over and Full-immersion brewing method. This presents a cup of coffee that has both the characteristics and flavours of both brewing methods, full flavoured, rich-bodied and smooth. This method also eliminates the powdery mouthfeel you would get from most full immersion brewing methods like the French Press as the coffee is passed through a filter. 100% BPA Free. Set comes with 1 FREE Box of 40 Pieces of Japanese Natural Unbleached filter paper so you can start brewing immediately!
The Clever cup has a movable stopper that only allows liquid to flow out of the base through holes when the clever cup is placed over a cup. The stopper of the clever cup will not be opened if the clever cup is left on a flat surface. What's best? It lends a full bodied mouthfeel cup of coffee as you can choose how long you want to steep the coffee for and decant the coffee! Serves up to 2 cups of coffee! Transparent in colour so you can see the flow of coffee and whether your filter paper and distribution of coffee grounds is even!
